Information for delegates

In preparation for the WasteNSW 2016 Natural Disasters, Risk Management Conference, please find below some useful information for your perusal prior to your arrival.

REGISTRATION DESK
 
The Registration Desk will be located in the lobby of pre-function area in the main Hotel complex between the following hours:
Thursday 28 April 8.00am - 5.00pm
Friday 29 April 8.00am - 1.00pm

For those attending the Welcome Function on Wednesday evening the registration desk will be located outside the Lovedale Bar and Restaurant on the lower level of the Hotel complex.
 
DIRECTIONS
 
For directions to the conference venue - Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley, please visit here.
 
GOLF TOURNAMENT
 
For delegates playing in the Golf Tournament on Wednesday afternoon 27 April, please meet outside the Pro-shop at 12.45pm for a 1.00pm start.

Dress code: Neat casual golf attire

If you are intending to hire equipment from the Pro-shop (an additional cost), please arrive in plenty of time.
