Compost Industry Value Chain - How the Partners Benefit

In a LEAN Compost Supply Chain all stakeholder thinking and activity is aligned to the creation and delivery of value to the customer, market development and improved profitability.

This session will present the case for adopting a LEAN supply chain, show how it benefits stakeholders and the customer, and provide examples of how various industries have significantly developed markets and improved profitability and service. An outline of a way forward for the industry will be presented.
