Fax	By fax (02) 9701 0199 Download and complete the PDF Registration Form and fax it with credit card payment or purchase order to (02) 9701 0199.
Post	By mail Download and complete the PDF Registration Form. Post with cheque payment to: Waste Management Association of Australia Suite 4D, 5 Belmore St BURWOOD NSW 2134
A Registration Confirmation Letter with Tax Invoice will be emailed to you on receipt of this form. If you do not receive this within 48 hours of submitting your registration please phone 1300 651 026.
