TERMS AND CONDITIONS/CANCELLATIONS: 1. Full payment is due at time of registration. For any other form of payment contact WMAA Events to discuss.
2. Cancellations must be notified in writing to WMAA Events. Cancellations received prior to the 7 March 2017 will receive a refund less a $150 administration charge. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after 7 March 2017. Substitutions within the organisation can be made at anytime without penalty, however fees will apply for additional package inclusions.
3. WMAA does not disclose any personal information to third parties without prior consent.
